I don’t do yoga. can i still do Trauma release Exercise or attend a Nervous system reset?
Absolutely! These practices aren’t about being fit or flexible. They are a way to release tension, increase our capacity for self regulation and feel more at ease with ourselves
I’ve had a traumatic experience and not sure if i should attend the nervous system reset workshop?
If you’re processing something difficult or have recently experienced a traumatic event send a message and we can have a chat about whether the workshop or an individual session would be the best fit for you.
do i have to share or talk about traumatic experiences?
These practices are body based. The Nervous System Reset workshop doesn’t involve any sharing of past events. In individual Trauma Release Exercise sessions people will sometimes share what they are processing but it is completely up to the individual. The focus is on the body and its capacity to let go of the imprint of past experiences. The sessions are warm and relaxed and there’s usually some laughter in the mix!
